Material Composition

The main structure and inner base plate are made of PET metal composite sheets.
The base material uses anti-rust galvanized cold-rolled steel plates.
The surface is treated with PET to create a high-simulation light gray fabric curtain effect with a textured touch. The surface must have a fabric-like feel, while the reverse side is metal-sprayed.
Techniques such as heat transfer printing or spray painting are not allowed for surface treatment.
The sheet material must meet Grade 1 adhesion standards, with properties including corrosion resistance, scratch resistance, flame retardancy, and electrical safety.

Sheet Thickness

All sheets must have a thickness of ≥ 0.6 mm.

Overall Structure

The entire unit is formed using CNC machining processes such as punching, shearing, and bending.
