What are the technical standards for columbariums?

The overall panels of the Columbarium are made of high-quality metal sheets, with surfaces finished using PET technology to achieve a highly simulated wood grain effect. The reverse side is coated with metallic spray paint. The entire structure is formed using CNC punching, shearing, and bending processes, ensuring straight and level installation with an aesthetically pleasing and practical outcome. The panel thickness is 0.6mm, with excellent adhesion, corrosion resistance, scratch resistance, flame retardancy, and electrical safety. The external framework is assembled without rivets, with a tolerance between assembly holes of no more than 0.07mm. The Columbarium consists of multiple individual modular cabinets, which can be freely combined for easy placement or relocation, eliminating the need for on-site semi-finished product processing.

A decorative edge is added to the top of all individual modular cabinets. The material, finish, and color of the decorative edge match those of the overall unit, with a panel thickness of 0.6mm and a height of 33mm.

A reinforced tray is added to the bottom of all individual modular cabinets. The material, finish, and color of the tray match those of the overall columbarium, with a panel thickness of 0.6mm and a height of 120mm.

High-grade ABS white T-shaped injection-molded decorative strips are used between the doors of each Columbarium niche. Each door is equipped with a stainless steel locking hasp with an inner diameter of 6mm.

It is essential to keep the Columbarium clean. When cleaning and maintaining the unit, ensure the cloth used is clean, as a dirty cloth may damage the glossy surface.

Additionally, high-quality care products should be selected. To maintain the original luster of the surfaces, two types of maintenance products can be used: columbarium care spray wax and cleaning maintenance agent. The former is suitable for various materials such as wood, paint, and fire-resistant rubber board, among others. Good Columbarium design ensures both durability and ease of maintenance.
