Technical Requirements for Smart Columbarium Systems
The data management of electronic locks for the Columbarium must comply with the integration and management requirements of the facility's management system. The supplier shall provide all necessary parameters and command sets for controlling and managing the electronic locks. Any costs associated with integrating the system into the facility's management platform shall be borne by the supplier. The information query module shall offer user-friendly services such as location inquiry and route guidance for the Columbarium niche, effectively dispersing visitor flow during peak memorial periods.
If the smart electronic locks exhibit significant reliability or corrosion resistance issues during the warranty period, the supplier shall be responsible for replacing all affected components free of charge.
Columbarium design and Wiring: Based on the actual conditions of the purchaser’s facility, the wiring work within the ash placement room shall be completed by the supplier.
The opening time for a single cabinet door must be within 0.5 seconds.
To ensure power safety, two power supply methods must be provided. The emergency backup power must support at least 3 hours of continuous operation.
The cabinet door opening mechanism must support multiple methods:
① Normal opening: Supports card-swiping access and administrator-initiated opening via the management interface.② Emergency opening in case of bus line failure: Use a handheld device connected to the control unit to open doors via the device’s program or by entering the door number.
③ Manual opening under extreme conditions: Use a specific key or tool to open the door manually.
④ In emergencies such as fires, doors shall open quickly and sequentially according to the programmed system.
⑤ Under complete power failure, doors can be opened normally using a handheld device.
