When procuring Columbarium units, pay attention to the following nine points:

The main material should offer superior fire, moisture, insect, and corrosion resistance compared to aluminum profiles.

The base material of the Columbarium should be metal plates, with surfaces treated to simulate high-fidelity rosewood grain effects using PET technology. The backside should feature baked metal paint. The entire structure is formed using CNC punching, shearing, and bending, ensuring a neat, level, and aesthetically pleasing installation. The plate thickness is 0.85mm, with grade-one adhesion, corrosion resistance, scratch resistance, flame retardancy, and electrical insulation.

The external frame should be assembled without rivets, with assembly hole spacing errors not exceeding 0.07mm. Each Columbarium niche must support a weight of at least 20kg. The door dimensions are 400mm in width and 306mm in height. Each independent cabinet unit consists of 9 vertical and 2 horizontal compartments. The overall Columbarium is composed of multiple such units, allowing flexible combination, easy placement, and relocation. On-site assembly using semi-finished products is not permitted.

A decorative edge should be added to the top of each independent cabinet unit. The material, finish, and color must match the main Columbarium structure, with a plate thickness of 0.85mm and a height of 33mm.

After installation, each Columbarium niche must withstand the weight of 10 urns without deformation to ensure safe and normal usage. Only such products are considered qualified.

A reinforced tray should be added to the bottom of each independent cabinet unit. The material, finish, and color must match the main Columbarium structure, with a plate thickness of 0.85mm and a height of 83mm. Four plastic support pads, each 30mm in height, should be installed at the bottom corners of the tray.

The sample compartment dimensions are 400mm wide, 325mm high, and 290mm deep. The cabinet material must be galvanized steel, with a 6cm high electrophoretic aluminum alloy top cover and a 12cm high electrophoretic aluminum alloy base. ABS white T-shaped injection-molded decorative strips should be used between doors. Each door must be equipped with a stainless steel padlock staple with a 6mm inner diameter. PET panels must be used for processing; electrostatic spraying and heat transfer printing are not allowed.
