2. Columbarium Cabinet Body: Cold-Rolled Galvanized Steel
   Advantages of Cold-Rolled Galvanized Steel：
   Zinc provides strong anti-corrosion properties and rust resistance, ensuring high surface quality. This material is widely used in automotive and appliance panels.

At HuaHeng Columbarium Factory in Jiangxi, China, our Columbarium units are formed using premium cold-rolled galvanized steel. The surface undergoes a nine-step pretreatment process including degreasing, derusting, and phosphating, followed by electrostatic spraying and high-temperature plasticization—a technique widely adopted both domestically and internationally.

3. Specifications and Layout
   (1) High-Quality Columbarium Niche Dimensions:

(2) Layout:
The structure features a nine-tier layout for ash urn placement. The overall arrangement can be customized according to site conditions and storage requirements.

4. Material Quality Requirements
   (1) All primary materials must be shockproof, moisture-proof, moth-proof, flame-retardant, waterproof, mildew-resistant, aging-resistant, corrosion-resistant, sound-insulating, thermally insulating, load-bearing, deformation-resistant, and oxidation-resistant.

(2) Primary materials must be molded—post-production coating is not permitted.

(3) The door must open to an angle of no less than 100 degrees for ease of access.

(4) Each door shall include a dedicated number plate and decorative corner patterns.

(5) The top and base must feature clean aesthetic lines. Materials must offer high rust and corrosion resistance, with a base height ≥100mm and sufficient load-bearing capacity. The structural Columbarium design shall enhance overall stability and strength.

5. Intelligent System Technical Requirements
   Electronic lock data management must be compatible with the unit management system. The supplier shall provide command sets and cover integration costs. The information query module shall support user-friendly services such as locating urns and providing guidance, helping distribute visitor traffic during peak periods.

If smart locks exhibit defects during the warranty period, the supplier shall replace them free of charge.

Wiring shall be completed by the supplier based on the purchaser’s site conditions.

Single-door opening time shall be within 0.5 seconds.

Dual power supply methods shall be provided with emergency backup supporting ≥3 hours of operation.

Door opening must support multiple methods:

• Normal operation: card swipe or admin-initiated opening.

• Bus line failure: handheld device and software input.

• Extreme cases: manual key or tool opening.

• Emergency (e.g., fire): programmed sequential opening.

• Full power outage: operable via handheld device.

6. Maintenance Guidelines

• Always wipe with a clean cloth to avoid damaging the finish.

• Use high-quality maintenance products such as specialized spray wax or cleaning agents suitable for various surfaces including wood, paint, laminate, etc.

• Spray wax is ideal for mixed-material surfaces including wood, glass, composites, and solid Columbarium units.

• Shake products well and test on a small area before full application.
